When you were very small and learning to walk, everyone around you was very encouraging. They probably said things like "Come on! You can do it!" With all that encouragement from others, learning to walk was much easier.
No matter how old we are – whether we are two years old or eighty – we all need encouragement from those around us. We need to be encouraged to be the best we can be. Now let us look to these words from Goethe (GER ta), German literary genius:
"If you treat a man as he is, he will stay as he is; but, if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be, and could be, he will become that bigger and better man."
Today, giving each other enthusiastic words of support let us expect only the best from ourselves and each other. Partnership getting stronger

The long-standing partnership of the FEATI University Alumni Association (FUAA) and The Featinean Association of Toronto (TFAT) continues to remain steadfastly strong as the years go by.
Five years from the time that FUAA managed the scholarship program of TFAT for financially-constrained but deserving students of FEATIUniversity in 2001, TFAT made the extra mile of introducing the Academic Excellence Awards beginning with the university’s April 2006 commencement exercises.
It was yet again the noteworthy initiative of TFAT that came to play as the concept of the Academic Excellence Awards during graduation actually jibes well with the association’s existing scholarship program given to those about to enter college. In effect, the two major programs of TFAT intended for FEATIUniversity students cover the two major milestones of college education – the beginning and the end.
As TFAT’s scholarship program flourished beginning from the time that FUAA handled and managed it, it became almost automatic that when the idea of the Academic Excellence Awards was developed, TFAT only had FUAA in mind as a partner to be able to facilitate and ensure the success of such a noble project.
